Timoteo Paez Elementary School conducted Parent’s Orientation to Feeding Beneficiaries 2019 at the covered court. The program started through registration of the parents at exactly 8:00 AM. It officially started with singing of the Philippine National Anthem, Doxology, and Pasay City Hymn led by Ms. Vilma Fronda. An opening remarks was deliveredby the Gulayan sa Paaralan Coordinator, Mr. Elijio Banog, Master Teacher II.
Mr. Banog brieftly discussed the benefits of the feeding program for the learners and the importance of giving proper nutrition to them. Then, Mrs. Diana B. Quitay ,H.E.Coordinator explained on the beneficiaries of the said program , whose baseline nutritional status fall under severely wasted and wasted the total number of this year ,a total of 412 beneficiaries all level combined.
Angelo Kristoffer P. Garcia, school nurse, took the chance to impart knowledge and information to our parents on Pediatric Physiology. He also shared some tips and ideas to parents on how to become healthy and presented effective ways to achieve proper nutrition from a simple meal.
The program ended with a message of gratitude from Mrs.Ma. Aurora Banog, Master Teacher I, She stressed that parents must give their full support in making the program a success.
