Philippine Standard Time:

Knowledge is earned through the genuine love for reading. It is the key to wisdom as it unlocks the gateway of imagination and perceives the glimpse of the world. Developing good reading habits prevent the outbreak of poor attention span in today’s millennial generation.

In line with the K-12 Program, its objective of creating every child should be a reader (ECARP), Timoteo Paez Elementary School held a culminating activity to validate the struggling reader’s performance who have fully shown progress in reading.

This Read and REAP Program was headed by our school principal, Mrs. Glenda D. Tabaquiarao in collaboration with the School Reading Coordinators, GPTA Officers, invited guests and valuable sponsors and donors have made the event successful.

Rewards are given to the struggling readers with improved performance. The joys in the heart of the learners have significantly fuel up their drive to become more committed in reading. Inspiring testimonies have remarkably given the learners more hope to believe in their own selves. Awarding of certificates to the teachers who have given their full support in this program was indeed flourishing.

Read and REAP (Reinforce and Empower Academic Performance) Through Reading is notably a challenging task but a gratifying commitment for the teachers.
